UK Shipping
All our bags are delivered to you via the brilliant services of Royal Mail, second class tracked delivery ( £5.50), this will be calculated and added to the value of your order.
All our diddly small items (purses + alike) are also posted and delivered to you by Royal Mail second class tracked delivery (£2.95), this will be calculated and added to the value of your order.
All orders over £100 will receive free shipping across the UK
**Add your phone number at checkout for delivery updates. Please contact us at sales@wanderingbell.com with your order number, if you haven’t received your order within 2 weeks of ordering and we can track it for you.
RETURN POLICY
All UK returns are totally free - whatever the reason.
All refunds must be submitted and posted back to us within 30 days of the purchase date, because we’re in the business of re-use and recycle, we like to re-home all our returns and make sure they end up where they’re wanted. To ensure we can do this, we kindly request that you ensure all items are returned to us in a re-sellable and unused condition, retaining all original tabs and labels where applicable.
We process all our returns once a week, It can therefore take 7 -10 days after receipt of return for us to process your return. It can take 5 - 10 days for your refund to appear in your account, do get in touch with us after this period if you still don’t receive your refund.
Regretfully we cannot offer refunds on SALE items -- these are non- refundable.
OUR BAG FOR LIFE COMMITMENT
Our bags and accessories are built to last a lifetime, if for any reason you experience a hiccup with your purchase, the zip goes ‘a bit dodge’ or a stitching comes undone or even a tear, then send it back to us and we will fix it for free, subject to postage charges.
As our ethos is to act with responsibility and find our way to a more sustainable life through conscious design and business operations. We must do what we can with ‘Responsible Intents’. Therefore to endeavor to extend the life of our designs and materials for as long as possible we ask that when your bag is no longer of use and is redundant in its original form, then send it back to us and we will turn it into something else - and we’ll offer YOU £10 off your next order.

WATERPROOFING
All of the bags we have identified as being machine washable will come with a free NixWax in wash, waterproofing agent. When it's time for a clean, follow the instructions on the packet and re-proof your lovely bag, making it all safely water resistant, once again 💧
